Is 2507 grade?

Grade 2507 is one of the "super duplex" grades, combining high strength with excellent corrosion resistance. 2507 is extremely resistant to general corrosion, and resists pitting and crevice corrosion in high chloride, high temperature environments. Its duplex structure also provides excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Like other duplex (ferritic/austenitic) grades, super duplex grades are not suitable for high or low temperature service. 2507 is not recommended for temperatures below -50°C or above +300°C, as toughness decreases outside this range. High strength benefits applications in pressure vessels, ships and other shafts.
