On May 24, we shipped a batch of Hastelloy C-276 coil tubes to customers in New Zealand. This is a complete seamless spiral tube without any welding. Its total length is nearly 153 meters. Although the order quantity is relatively small, we still try our best to complete it perfectly.
At the beginning, the quantity we quoted to our customers was 2000 feet, which was our MOQ. However, the customer's actual requirement was only 500 feet. Therefore, after applying, we made an exception this time and accepted a quantity less than the MOQ.
During the production process, our sales staff will shoot a production video from time to time for customers' reference. We first cold-roll the material. The final length of cold-rolled straight pipe can reach about 100 meters.
After cold rolling, we further coil drawing. Due to low quantity, we encountered rejection of approval from production department during bright annealing process. For this reason we made a special application that allowed the annealing furnace to be opened only for this tube.
In the end, we managed to deliver the material flawlessly.
