Hastelloy C-276 capillary tube shipped to Bangladesh

On June 13, we shipped a batch of Hastelloy C-276 capillary tubes to customers in Bangladesh. In order to ensure the pressure resistance of the entire batch of tubes, we adopted a completely seamless process. Although the whole process was very time-consuming and labor-intensive, we did our best to complete every key step. We know that customers are very concerned about the production progress and production process of this material. Therefore, we will inform customers as soon as we put it into production.

During the production process, our sales staff will track the progress of the order. We took a lot of videos of the production process to give customers complete peace of mind. Since seamless capillary tubes need to go through many cold rolling and cold drawing processes, the whole process is very slow. But we guarantee that the material must always be on the production line. After the product was produced, the sales staff continued to work with the factory workers for a week to carry out final cutting, appearance inspection, hydrostatic test and straightness inspection. The only purpose is to ensure that all 3,000 tubes are delivered in the most perfect state.

In the end, all 3,000 materials were delivered smoothly.
