On June 19, we shipped a batch of Hastelloy C-276 flanges to our American customers. Although the order was not large, we still tried our best to complete it perfectly.
We know that customers are very concerned about the production progress and production process of this material. Therefore, we inform customers as soon as we put it into production.
During the production process, our sales staff will track the progress of the order. And we took a lot of videos of the production process to give customers complete peace of mind. Since the flange needs to go through many cold rolling processes, the whole process is very slow. But we guarantee that the material must always be on the production line.
After the product is produced, the sales staff continued to work with the factory workers for a week to carry out final cutting, appearance inspection, water pressure test and straightness inspection.
