On October 25, 2024, customers from Armenia visited GNEE's stainless steel factory and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the production line of ASTM A213 standard heat exchanger tubes.
Under the guidance of GNEE staff, the Armenian customers first visited the company's overall production line layout. In the modern factory, from raw material storage, cutting, forming, welding to heat treatment, inspection, and packaging.
GNEE uses advanced seamless cold drawing technology to ensure that the tube has extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Customers witnessed the process from stainless steel round steel to precision heat exchange tubes.
At the end of the production line, customers learned about GNEE's quality control system in detail. The company strictly follows the ASTM A213 standard for testing, including mechanical properties testing, chemical composition analysis, non-destructive testing and other links to ensure that each heat exchanger tube can meet the high standards required by customers. In addition, GNEE is also equipped with advanced testing equipment, such as tensile testing machines, spectrometers, etc., which provide strong guarantees for product quality.
