What are the polishing grades for electrolytically polished stainless steel tubes?

Stainless steel polishing is divided into electrolytic polishing and mechanical polishing.
The levels of electrolytic polishing are generally divided into four levels, namely A, B, C, and D, of which A is the highest level.
Polishing levels of electrolytic polished stainless steel tubes:
1. Polished wire drawing.
The more common ones on the market are long wire and short wire. After processing this type of surface, 304 series stainless steel shows excellent decorative effects and can meet the requirements of general building decoration materials.
2. Oil grinding wire drawing.
The decorative effect reflected by 304 stainless steel pipe after oil grinding is widely used in wood grain boards such as elevator cars and household appliances. Hot-rolled 304 series stainless steel can generally achieve significant results in one grinding pass. At present, there are also some CNC machining centers on the market that can provide oil-soluble grinding processing for hot-rolled stainless steel, and its effect is comparable to hot-rolled oil grinding.
3. 8K processing.
304 family stainless steel is significantly better than 200 series stainless steel in 8K processing. The 2B hot-rolled surface is ground by 8K, and the mirror glass effect can be achieved through one-pass processing.
4. Titanium plate.
The choice of building decoration materials has a beautiful effect. 304 series stainless steel has been used in titanium plate decoration design for a long time, and is widely used in elevator cars and building materials.
