1. Not close to pollution sources
The storage of stainless steel heat exchange tubes should be away from pollution sources, such as carbon steel working areas, plasma cutting, grinding, and painting work areas.
2. Take relevant protection measures
The storage of stainless steel heat exchange tubes should avoid mechanical damage and pollution. They should be stored indoors or under a canopy. It is best to cover the surface to avoid the influence of impurities.
3. Do not mix with carbon steel
Stainless steel heat exchange tubes must not be mixed with carbon steel to avoid serious pollution. They must not be stored with carbon steel bars, chain links or tools or temporarily placed on stainless steel heat exchange tubes.
4. Prevent pollution
Stainless steel heat exchange tubes cannot be placed under gantry trucks or other equipment that may drip oil or grease. Carbon steel bars, chains or other tools are prohibited.
5. Place in a transport box
Stainless steel heat exchange tubes can be put into use in a transport box to protect their surface from damage. Once taken out of the transport box, they should be covered with canvas, plastic or other protective materials to avoid pollution such as grease.
6. Pad with wooden slats
When lifting stainless steel heat exchange tubes, wooden slats of sufficient thickness can be placed. When lifting steel plates, there is no need to forcibly add overweight equipment between the steel plates. Pipes cannot be placed on the ground without wooden slats.
