There are several surface treatment methods for 304 stainless steel plates:
1. Pickling: By using an acidic solution such as hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, the oxides and dirt on the surface of the 304 stainless steel plate can be removed to make the surface cleaner.
2. Mirror treatment: The surface of the 304 stainless steel plate is polished and ground to give it a mirror-like bright effect.
3. Sandblasting: Use a sandblasting machine to spray fine sand or aluminum oxide particles onto the surface of the 304 stainless steel plate to form a uniform sand texture.
4. Electroplating: By immersing the 304 stainless steel plate in the electroplating solution, a layer of metal such as nickel, chromium or copper is plated on the surface to enhance its corrosion resistance and decorative properties.
5. Coating: A layer of protective coating such as lubricating oil, varnish or color coating is applied to the surface of the 304 stainless steel plate to protect it from corrosion and dirt.
6. Oxidation: Forming an oxide film on the surface of the 304 stainless steel plate can increase its corrosion resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance.
7. Phosphating: By immersing the 304 stainless steel plate in a phosphorus-containing chemical solution, a phosphating film is formed to enhance its corrosion resistance.
