329 stainless steel material delivery status:
1. Bars are supplied in forged, black, polished or machined state;
2. Round cakes and ring blanks are supplied in forged state;
3. Ring parts are supplied in solid solution state;
4. The plates are supplied after solid solution, alkali pickling, straightening and trimming; the strips are delivered after cold rolling, solution pickling and descaling; the wires are delivered in the form of discs or straight strips and solid solution pickling. Delivered in fine polished condition. Plate and strip surface: bright surface, 2B surface, BA (6k) mirror surface, 8K mirror surface, brushed surface, frosted surface. Defects that may occur during 329 stainless steel processing:
Everyone should pay attention to the following points during processing:
(1) Dust and floating iron powder are embedded on the surface of the material
(2) Rough grinding and rough surfaces can cause corrosion and deposits,
(3) When the welder strikes the arc on the surface of the thin plate, the protective film is damaged
(4) Residual adhesive from grease paint pen marks.
