Hastelloy B2 plate is a strong solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum alloy with significant resistance to degradation conditions such as hydrogen chloride gas, sulfuric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid.
Hastelloy B2 alloy plate production includes two forms of cold rolling and hot rolling, and its surface treatment adopts methods such as sandblasting, polishing or pickling to ensure surface quality.
In addition, the characteristics of Hastelloy B2 cold rolled plate such as non-magnetic or weak magnetic properties, good thermal conductivity and small expansion coefficient also make it advantageous in specific applications. It can withstand high temperatures up to 1000°C and is suitable for some high temperature process environments.
