Hastelloy X Tubing contains nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy.Hastelloy X Tube is also known as Alloy X Tube and Nickel Alloy X.Because of its Nickel Alloy X Tubing outstanding capabilities used in throughout the aircraft, furnace, petrochemical, and chemical processing industries. Hastelloy X Seamless Tube is a nickel base alloy that possesses exceptional strength and oxidation resistance up to 2200 Degree F. Hastelloy X Welded Tube is recommended especially for use in furnace applications because it has unusual resistance to oxidizing, reducing, and neutral atmospheres. Nickel Alloy X Tube were still in good condition after operating for 8,700 hours at 2150 Degree F (1177 Degee C). Alloy X Seamless Tubing good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and carburization make it suitable for petrochemical processing equipment and all types of forming and welding.Hastelloy X Tube has also been found to be exceptionally resistant to stress-corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications.Alloy X Tube has some excellent features like Good Ductility, High Fatigue Strength and High Temperature Strength.

Hastelloy X Pipe is strong and resistant to oxidation. Alloy X Pipe is also extremely resistant to stress and corrosion cracking in petro chemical applications. Hastelloy Alloy X Pipe is easily fabricated and has great forming and welding characteristics. Hastelloy X Seamless Pipe can also be forged and due to its great ductility Hastelloy X can be cold worked.
