Hastelloy C-2000 Tube

Hastelloy C-2000 Tubing  is corrosion resistant alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to oxidizing environments.  Hastelloy C-2000 Tube has great resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Alloy C2000 Tube made by nickel-chromium-molybdenum(Ni-Cr-Mo).  Hastelloy C-2000 Seamless Tube mostly use in the Chemical Process Industries.  Hastelloy C-2000 Welded Tube  is an extremely versatile nickel alloy resistant to corrosion in all acids and chloride solutions, over wide temperature ranges. Hastelloy C2000 Seamless Pipes broadens the range of the nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy family with the addition of copper which allows for resistance to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals including sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids over large temperature ranges. Nickel Alloy C2000 Tube has poor corrosion resistance to oxidizing environments, therefore, it is not recommended for use in oxidizing media or in the presence of ferric or cupric salts because they may cause rapid premature corrosion failure. Alloy C2000 Seamless Tubing is a copper-bearing Ni-Cr-Mo material with exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid.Alloy C2000 Seamless Pipes has outstanding resistance to Sulfuric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Chlorides, Organic Acids, Alkalis, Crevice Corrosion, Pitting, Stress Corrosion Cracking, etc. Alloy C2000 Pipe refers to the attacks including stress corrosion cracking (SCC), hydrogen embrittlement (HE), sulfide stress cracking (SSC), liquid metal embrittlement (LME) and corrosion fatigue (CF).
