ASTM A182 is mainly used to specify the material, manufacturing process and performance requirements of forged or rolled alloy steel and stainless steel pipe fittings, flanges and other components for high temperature use.

ASTM A182 Material Standard:
Stainless steel: such as F304/L, F316/L, F317/L, F347, etc.
Duplex stainless steel and super duplex stainless steel: such as F51 (UNS S31803), F53 (UNS S32750), etc.

ASTM A182 forged flange types:
Weld neck flange (WN), socket flange (SW), slip-on flange (SO), threaded flange (TH), blind flange (BL), long weld neck flange (LWN), loose joint flange (LAPJ) SAE flange types.

Size range:
1/2 inch - 24 inches. For weld neck flange (WN) and blind flange (BL), the size can reach 60 inches.
