310s Stainless Steel Coils

We are driven by exclusive valued services and have supplied best in a class of 310S Stainless Steel Coils to our clients all over the world. GNEE Steel is the most preferred manufacturer, supplier, and exporter, who delivered superior quality of stainless steel coils. Our state-of-art modern manufacturing unit produced all the products using high-grade raw materials with advanced machinery.

Stainless Steel 310S Coils are widely used in moist corrosion environment having lower temperature range. This alloy is lower carbon version of SS 310, that reduces its high-temperature strength. Grade SS 310S Coils offer excellent corrosion resistance and high toughness even at cryogenic temperatures. Type UNS S31003 SS Coil contains only 0.03% carbon.

Apart from these, ASTM A240 Stainless Steel 310S Coils have good weldability and formability. The offered Stainless Steel UNS S31003 Coil can easily be weld using standard welding process, we recommended for fusion welding.  Moreover, these coils are available in Hot Rolled Stainless Steel 310S Coils and Cold Rolled Stainless Steel 310S Coils.

310S SS Coils are found in various industries including heat treatment, heat exchangers, boiler industries, desalination plant, food processing, and shipbuilding, etc. Our experienced team is a specialist in offering standard and customized Stainless Steel Coils over a wide range. So, are you looking to buy these type of coils then Contact Us today. We provide excellent quality products at reasonable prices.

Difference between 310 and 310S:
310 stainless steel has a relatively high carbon content of 0.25%, while 310S stainless steel has a low carbon content of 0.08%, and other chemical components are exactly the same. Therefore, 310 stainless steel has higher strength and hardness and poor corrosion resistance. 310S stainless steel has better corrosion resistance and slightly lower strength. 310S stainless steel is difficult to smelt due to its low carbon content, so the price is relatively higher.
GNEE STEEL’S Quality Assurance (including both Destructive and Non-Destructive) :
1. Visual Dimension Test
2. Mechanical examining like tensile, Elongation and reduction of area.
3. Impact analysis
4. Chemical examination analysis
5. Hardness test
6. Pitting protection test
7. Penetrant Test
8. Intergranular Corrosion Testing
9. Roughness Testing
10. Metallography Experimental Test
