305 stainless steel pipe

304 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel is a general stainless steel material with better anti-rust performance than 200 series stainless steel materials. The high temperature resistance is also good, up to 1000-1200 degrees. 304 stainless steel has excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance and good resistance to intergranular corrosion. For oxidizing acids, it was obtained in experiments that nitric acid with a concentration lower than 65% of the boiling temperature, 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance.
It also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.

305 stainless steel pipe has good weldability and bending performance. It is hardened after heat treatment and is non-magnetic. SUS305 has higher nickel metal content than 304, and has better aging and deep drawing performance than 304, so it can be widely used in various applications.

SUS305 is austenitic stainless steel. Compared with 304, it has high nickel. The welding part has excellent bendability and functionality. Electronic components are non-magnetic and have strong cold rolling formability, making them suitable for deep processing. 305 stainless steel uses: Western tableware, electronic components.
