ASTM A312 Stainless Steel Pipe

ASTM A312 is a pipe steel pipe standard, mainly used to manufacture seamless pipes and welded pipe steel pipes. Its use covers the petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy and hydraulic pipe industries.
ASTM A312 stainless steel pipes are divided into three levels: TP304L, TP316L and TP321L. TP304L is a nickel-chromium stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The maximum temperature can reach 800℃ and the minimum temperature can reach -320℃. Its compressive strength can reach 200MPa per square centimeter.
The size of ASTM A312 seamless pipe is mainly customized according to customer requirements. The thickness of the pipe also has different options, ranging from 2.11mm to 50.8mm, the diameter of the pipe ranges from 1/8" to 4", and the inner diameter is determined according to customer requirements.
There are three types of surface treatments for ASTM A312 stainless steel seamless pipes: heat treatment, seamless, and electroforming. Heat treatment is to heat the pipe to make its surface smooth and have better corrosion resistance.
