TP304 1.4301 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

TP304 stainless steel seamless pipe is a kind of austenitic stainless steel widely used in many fields. Its full name is 06Cr19Ni10 or SUS304, and it is produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard.
TP304 stainless steel pipe contains about 18% chromium and 8% nickel. These two elements work together to form a dense chromium oxide film, which effectively resists the erosion of most oxidizing acids, alkaline solutions and various organic and inorganic compounds.
TP304 stainless steel round tube has a tensile strength of ≥520MPa, a yield strength of ≥210MPa, an elongation (heat-treated state) of ≥35%, and an elongation (non-heat-treated state) of ≥25%.
TP304 stainless steel seamless pipe is processed by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing, without welding, thus ensuring the integrity and seamlessness of the pipe.
